Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy | Virat Collection & Tailors

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (if not stitched or dispatched).

• Custom stitched or altered products cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Refunds:

• Eligible only for damaged or incorrect items received.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Exchange:

• Size issues can be exchanged if returned within 7 days, unused and with original tags.
